1. Project Coordinator (PC) - Parman Paulina & A. Lody De Ridder when present at job site ( 3 times a year)
This person coordinates, supervises and superintends the overall project from its planning stage, implementation until the finishing touches. He is responsible in overseeing the execution of activity and financial plans are carried out within reasonable time frame and expectations.
2. Project Engineer (PE)- Daniel Sukiran & Rens Nijland
This person is in charge of the physical details of the building structure. He is the main person responsible in the overall technical, structural and engineering requirements in the building process.
3. Project Assistant (PA) - Pontius Ilek
A right hand person who can multi-task and run project errands of any kind and who can assist particularly the PC and PE in all their work .
4. Resources Disbursements and Bookkeeping Officer- Lily Thio Kim Hoa
Allocates material and financial resources in every phases of the project. She sees to it that resources are allocated as planned and disburses them in a timely manner and according to schedule. She is also in charge of securing needed materials, equipment and supplies on time and according to needs and projections.
5. Property Custodian- Daniel Sukiran
In charge of the care and management of the organization's properties, facilities and working area. He sees to it that materials and equipment are kept and safe and in good working condition.
6. Project Auditor, Evaluator, Reporter, Documenter-Parman Paulina & Rudy Lolowang
This person represents the organization with the Evaluation Team in the evaluation process. He multi-tasks in documenting all phases of the project, audits project progress and fund use and writes the reports.
7. Project Consultant- Mr. Rafina & Rudy Lolowang
This is not a full-time personnel but a key person who periodically consults with both the Organization and the Donor agencies. He is responsible in seeing to it that the Organization's interests match or satisfies the Donors' interests in the project and enforces full compliance of Donors requirements and expectations and the Organization's plans, goals and objectives.
